This product is made of bronze, which is an alloy of copper and tin. This is very similar to the material brass, which consists of an alloy of copper and zinc. Bronze is also 'zaponed' which makes it more corrosion resistant, therefore bronze zaponed is often chosen when the product will be in contact with sea water.
